
35gm Cocoa powder
80ml Hot water
150gm Chocolate melted
150gm Butter
275gm Brown sugar
1cup (110g) Hazelnut
4 Eggs separated
1. Preheat oven. Grease deep 20 cm round cake tin and line it.
2. Combine cocoa and the water in a large bowl and stir until its a smooth paste. Take egg yolks in a pan and stir one at a time.
3. Beat egg white till soft peaks form, fold in 2 batches into the chocolate mixture
4. Pour mix in to prepared pan, bake
5. Serve with berries, whipped cream
